Wenn du Kopfhörer benutzt, ist es wichtig, das du die Lautstärke auf etwa 1/4 oder weniger reduzierst. Auch wenn die Affirmationen bewusst nicht gehört werden können (oberhalb 15kHz  bis 20 kHz), sie werden von deinem unterbewusstsein auf jeden Fall wahrgenommen.
Leichte Kopfschmerzen sind meist ein zeichen, dass die Lautstärke zu hoch ist und du solltest sie weiter reduzieren.

Grundsätzliches zu meinen Sublimes:
Ich halte meine Affirmation mögl. geschlechterneutral weshalb immer gewisse Effekte auftreten können.
Höre diese Datei regelmäßig und wiederhole sie ständig. Du kannst sie auch über Nacht laufen lassen während du schläfst.

i was requested to do this in a full silent version. for that i have added a file with only the silent affirmations, inaudible above 15kHz.
you can listen to it any time and no one hears it really, though all people get effected by it. but that is your responsibility.
Those silent subs will work too, even if they are much less effective but as an additional listening to the orignal it could be effective.
most effective is still if you listen to the original with headphone on, because it includes all the different techniques i know for best and fastest work.
