I tried this file for a little while but I haven't gotten nauseous from this and I haven't had other better success on this file. I'm sure, given time, it can work but I stopped listening to it for some time now. The big problem is the wording and the conditioning part of the session. I'm willing to give it another try though. I do give it the benefit of the doubt cause this file dates back in 2003 and EMG has obviously grown and learned since then.
