kit, its not solely before those ages BUT having repeated childhood trauma plays a massive part in it. you can in general if you have repeated traumas that distort your view of things, enough and over time, because that fucks with identity. its not just ‘intense’ trauma, its any repeated trauma. which includes intense forms, and things that may even be considered mild to people, it’s just repeated multiple times to fuck with your world perspective enough to cause you to change around it and for it

Me really likes you work. Figured you should know it’s literally impossible for this file to cause a split personality. It’s scientifically proven you can only create those from intense repeated trauma before the age 7-9

This is the perfect file for me. A bit of active participation and a recurring subconscious trigger that takes hold quickly. I do wish it had the relaxing music I've come to love from your files, and the amnesia suggestions feel a little counterintuitive to how the file works, but over all it's easily my favorite file. Had to run home during lunch to diaper up because I almost wet myself a couple of times today.
