okay thank you for responding, so far im really enjoying this file and ive gotten alot more dominate with my wife (shes a big girl) but ive noticed one (admitably positive) change is that im very slightly buffer, I don't think im any stronger physically, though my biceps look a bit stronger now

No, nothing in this file has any suggestions or affirmations about changing yourself into a woman. This was really REALLY good and something ive been looking for for a long time, though the part where it mentioned "imagine yourself as a fat woman" threw me off and got me a bit worried, does this do anything physically to me? it wont actually make me gain weight myself right?
