EMG's suggestions, subliminally embedded in "river sounds", enhanced with two different theta binaurals, with fade in and out to aid in looping. EMG description, 'This file subliminally helps the listener enter trance and increases their desire to be hypnotized.'

I like this file -- it is sort of soothing. The \"river sounds\" are on a fairly short loop and sound to me like a washing machine cleaning a load of laundry. But that image is a pleasant one for me -- almost like a spiral, but a safe, humble, homey one -- very disarming. I like to listen to this before an induction; it provides a sort of preparatory cleansing of my thoughts.

I don\'t know if anyone will comment ? But can I use this throughout the day on a loop ?
It sounds great and I can barely hear EMG, it is what I have been looking for if so ..... thank you
