Day 1: listened for like approx maybe 6 hours bladder control is definitely hit a bit. I was padded but I managed to flood it and it was like I had no control over it.

I can really feel it getting weaker my bladder control, as for my bowels nothing yet

So, when you're listening should you be able to clearly hear some of the words beneath the song? I listened for a few hours, but I didn't feel very different.... although, I could hear the words, so I'm not sure if I'm listening to it at the correct volume or something.

I listened to this for like half an hour or so while riding my bike. Didn\'t have any accidents, but I definitely felt my bladder spasm when I was putting my bike away.

After listening to this for a few days constantly(even at night) I finally noticed a few weird things. Notably, I can\'t tell when I need to go to the bathroom anymore. At all. Sometimes I will feel an urge and nothing will be there, other times I will feel nothing at all until my bladder suddenly spasms and I wet myself on the spot.

It is a strange kind of incontinence, but also nice! Being surprised by the results makes it sort of better, somehow.

FingFang - for me it only happened the time I was listening to the file. The file is for both bladder and bowel, I made a conscious decision before hand that I would not lose control of my bowel. I only lost control of my bladder when my attention was diverted (speeding train). The effect is listed as permanent, but for me, it was only when listening. The file does not not specify what you need to be wearing - i.e. it will work when wearing anything. I have not listened to the file since previous post/report (although I will, when I feel in the mood)
