Dunno how it works, but after looping it during a nap, I had a really strong urge to get back in contact with a really possessive ex of mine, so there\'s that. Looping while i sleep seems to be helping a lot with the urges too.

Does anyone know how long this takes to take effect. I have been listening to it for about 3 weeks and have felt nothing different. Is there a trigger that needs to be said? I have not been able to listen for the 24/7 time period, only while I sleep. This would probably move the time line up a little but I would think I would still feel something.
