I had a strange experience with this. In my first time listening, I could sort of feel and picture some of the changes, but then I was disappointed with the fact that the file doesn\'t make it so that you experience yourself as a bear for an hour after listening, but for an hour after smoking a pipe. I don\'t smoke a pipe. Tragedy!
