My goodness, this really works for beginners! I could maintain trance even though there was quite a bit of noise outside. Usally, just the cats being annoying would interrupt it.

The waves of pleasure were a bit "meh" at first, but then they became greater the more I listened. At the end, it left me disappointed it ended, but I felt good!
